End-user licence agreement
Short version: buy it once, use it on two computers, use it in your music without paying royalties, don’t resell it or the presets, don’t redistribute the installers. 14-day refund.
1. Grant of licence
EarsDeep grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use EarsDeep Underground Engine on two computers that you own or control, for as long as you comply with this agreement. The licence covers all 1.x updates at no extra cost.
2. What you may do
Use the plug-in in commercial and non-commercial music productions, live performances, broadcasts and sound design, royalty-free. Sell and distribute the recordings you make with it.
3. What you may not do
Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or redistribute the plug-in, the licence key or the factory presets as a product or as part of one; include the factory presets in another instrument or sample library; reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the binary except where the law expressly allows it; remove or alter the licence verification.
4. Trial
The trial is 14 days from the first launch and is fully functional. After that, saving your own presets requires a licence. No audio watermark is ever applied.
5. Refunds
14 days from purchase, no questions asked: write to hello@earsdeep.com with the order number. The licence is deactivated and the payment returned through the store.
6. Support and updates
Support is provided by e-mail in English or Slovak. Updates within the 1.x line are free; a future major version may be a paid upgrade at a reduced price for existing customers.
7. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarsDeep is not liable for any damage arising from its use, including lost work or lost revenue. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have as a consumer under Slovak or EU law.
8. Governing law
Slovak law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
