Privacy policy
Short version: the plug-in has no telemetry, no account and no phone-home. The shop handles your payment details, we only see what is needed to send you a licence.
1. The plug-in
EarsDeep Underground Engine does not connect to the internet, does not contain analytics
or crash reporting, and does not send any usage data anywhere. Licence keys are verified
offline against a public key embedded in the binary. Your presets, trial stamp and
licence file live on your machine:
~/Library/Application Support/EarsDeep Underground Engine (macOS) or
%APPDATA%\EarsDeep Underground Engine (Windows).
2. The shop
Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy). They collect your name, e-mail, country and payment details as the seller of record, handle VAT and issue the invoice. We receive your name, e-mail and order number so that we can send the licence key and provide support.
3. What we keep
Order e-mails and support conversations, for as long as the tax and consumer-protection rules require (typically 10 years for invoices, held by the store). Licence keys are derived from your name and e-mail — we keep no separate customer database.
4. This website
The site is static, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party domains (no fonts, no trackers, no embedded players). Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for security and abuse prevention, as described in their privacy policy.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you can object to processing. Write to hello@earsdeep.com — we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
